Job Description
As the Social Media and Employer Branding Specialist, you’ll take ownership of social media strategy and execution for three e-commerce brands while also leading efforts to elevate our employer brand.
This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of ownership to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, build brand identity, and highlight our company culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management:
Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for three e-commerce brands across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Create, curate, and schedule content that resonates with target audiences for each of the 3 brands.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor audience feedback to build community and trust.
Stay updated on trends and innovations to keep content fresh and relevant.
Employer Branding (EB):
Take full ownership of the company’s employer branding across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and post engaging content that showcases our company culture, team successes, and unique values.
Continuously research and implement new ideas to enhance our company’s online image and reputation, including managing online reviews and similar platforms.
Strategize and create content that positions the company as a desirable workplace, highlighting more than just job opportunities.
Use creative storytelling and visuals to enhance the company’s image and appeal to potential candidates and external audiences.
Data-Driven Improvements:
Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) across all social media channels and campaigns.
Analyze data to refine strategies and ensure content is effective in driving results.
Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and implement best practices.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and employer branding (or a related field).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing graphics, TikTok for trend-driven content creation, Photoshop for advanced photo editing, and familiarity with other social media tools and platforms is a plus.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create engaging on-brand content.
Independence: Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage tasks without constant oversight.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Passion for Social Media: A deep interest in staying updated on trends, tools, and best practices in the digital space.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to adapt quickly, think critically, and suggest improvements.
Cultural Awareness: Understand what makes a company culture stand out and know how to communicate that effectively.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
Home Task.
60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY
€1000 – €1500 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience) + commissions based on performance.
Please note that this role requires a self-employment certificate.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
