Job Description

Mercury is building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. Turns out this requires a lot of talented people, so we’re looking to add a Senior GTM Sourcer to our team.
As a sourcing partner to our business recruiting team, you’ll take ownership of the candidate pipeline for a big part of the company and have a lot of impact.
Here are some things you’ll do on the job

Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and product.
Work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the business to help build high-performing, diverse teams.
Make a friendly first impression on candidates and (no pressure) act as the living embodiment of our cultural values.
Manage the top funnel of the recruiting pipeline from initial outreach to their first interviews, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates.
Screen candidates with a keen eye for alignment with our open roles and Mercury values.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Experiment with creative ways of sourcing and analyze their effectiveness.
Actively think of ways to improve and scale sourcing processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, and act as a subject matter expert for the wider team.

You should

Have 3+ years of sourcing experience, ideally for GTM roles
See yourself as an expert sourcer and enjoy seeking out passive talent
Have an almost psychic level of empathy and intuition
Communicate with clarity, thought, and precision
Enjoy building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
Like working in a fast-paced environment
Have experience working at a high-growth tech startup
Have a genuine passion for sourcing and everything that comes with it!
