Location: Pullto, Bhutan

P.Gyeltshen Construction Private Limited, based in Thimphu, is a leading company in the construction industry, specializing in the hiring of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified individuals to join our team in various positions.

Vacancies Available:

1. Site Engineer (Civil): 2 positions

   • Candidates must possess a degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field, or a diploma with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
   • Previous experience in road construction works will be highly regarded.

2. Supervisor (Civil): 1 position

   • Specialization in operating a Chain Excavator is required.

3. Operator: 3 positions

   • Experience as a Roller Operator is preferred.

4. Heavy Vehicle Driver (Water/Fuel Tanker): 1 position

5. Light Vehicle Driver: 1 position

6. Tractor Driver: 1 position

7. JCB Operator: 1 position

Qualifications:

• Site Engineer (Civil): Candidates should be VTI passed/NC III with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Supervisor (Civil), Operator, Heavy Vehicle Driver, Light Vehicle Driver, Tractor Driver, JCB Operator: Candidates should have a minimum qualification of Class VIII and a minimum of 7 years of working experience in the respective field.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary for each position ranges from 13,000.00 to 30,000.00, with additional benefits such as site allowance, fooding, voucher allowance, overtime allowance, and other benefits as per Company rule.
