Position Titles:
- Housekeeping Attendant
- Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Attendant:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure all amenities are provided for guest comfort
- Assist in laundry services as needed
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Uphold hotel standards and policies
Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism

Qualifications:
