Important Notes:
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Shortlisting will be based on academic merits.
- Candidates must check the DACL Website for announcements regarding shortlisted candidates, interview venues, dates, and times.
- A No Objection Certificate is required for candidates currently employed at the time of appointment (if selected).
- All candidates must bring original documents for verification during the selection interview.
- Candidates unable to produce relevant and valid documents or who do not meet eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the interview.
- No standby candidates will be shortlisted.

Overview: This dishwashing position is available at Drukair Catering & Duty-Free Section. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our catering facilities. Your responsibilities will include various tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and catering equipment.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies like detergents and sanitizers. Ensure adequate stock levels and replenish supplies from the store when needed.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols at all times. Handle materials properly, use equipment correctly, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Equipment Cleaning: Wash and clean all inflight catering equipment, kitchen utensils, and bakery items meticulously to meet hygiene standards.
Glassware Handling: Wash and clean wine and water glasses carefully and hand them over to the drinks setting staff for wiping.
Routine Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning daily, and on scheduled days, conduct deep cleaning of the work area to maintain cleanliness standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of cleaning and sanitization as required by ISO 22000:2018. Submit monthly records to the Food Safety Management Team for compliance.
Personal Hygiene: Practice good personal hygiene by wearing proper gear and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Punctuality: Report to duty by 6:30 AM and stay until your daily tasks are completed, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.
Flight Handling Support: Report to duty along with flight handling staff for VVIP flights when necessary, assisting in the preparation and handling of catering supplies.
Equipment Handling: Handle dishes and equipment with care, and hand them over to the designated focal person after cleaning.
Breakage Reporting: Report any breakages or damages to the equipment in-charge promptly, providing a proper explanation for documentation purposes.
Curtain Maintenance: Regularly clean the plastic curtains in and around your workplace to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Adherence to Company Policies: Follow company rules and regulations diligently, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by Catering Management that contribute to the benefit and efficiency of the company's operations.
