- Work Experience: Are you a culinary wizard with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a prestigious 4 or 5-star hotel environment? Do you possess a flair for preparing exquisite Continental, Oriental, Indian, and Bhutanese cuisines? A culinary school diploma is preferred, but most importantly, we value hands-on experience and a genuine love for the art of cooking.

- Experience and Expertise: As a Chef at BHUTAN PEACEFUL Residency & Spa, you'll draw upon your extensive culinary expertise to delight our guests with culinary creations that tantalize their taste buds and leave a lasting impression. Whether it's crafting a delectable continental breakfast spread or preparing traditional Bhutanese delicacies, you'll showcase your mastery of diverse cuisines with finesse and creativity.
- Communication and Leadership: Effective communication and leadership are integral to success in this role. You'll collaborate closely with our culinary team to coordinate kitchen operations seamlessly, inspire creativity, and maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Menu Development and Cost Management: From conceptualizing innovative menus to implementing efficient food costing and waste management strategies, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of BHUTAN PEACEFUL Residency & Spa. Your keen eye for detail and strategic approach will ensure that every dish not only delights the palate but also contributes to the overall profitability of our culinary operations.
