The Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) of the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) is delighted to inform about the availability of 30 Undergraduate Scholarship slots, generously funded by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). These scholarships aim to facilitate the pursuit of engineering courses at esteemed Indian Universities and Institutes for the academic session 2024-2025. We invite all Class XII graduates of 2023, both within and outside the country, who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the provided link, to apply.

Application Process:
Applications are to be submitted online through the ICCR's A2A Scholarship portal: ICCR Scholarship Portal. Prior to application submission, kindly review the eligibility criteria and other essential details available through the provided link.
Important Notes:
The deadline for application submission has been extended until May 31, 2024.
Applicants are required to have the following documents processed and ready for online submission (scanned copies within admissible size):
- Medical Certificate (from referral hospitals only)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (from hospital)
- Birth Certificate (from JDWNRH)
- English Language Proficiency Certificate (from BCSEA, Thimphu)
- Passport/Citizenship Identity Card
- School Leaving Certificate (from the last attended school)
- Migration Certificate (from the last attended school)
- Class X & XII Mark Sheets & Certificates
- Passport size photograph (soft & 04 hard copies)
