Corporate Lawyer

- Minimum Qualification & Experience: B.A LLB with PGDNL (Bar Council Certification is mandatory) with a minimum of five years of experience as a Legal Officer. Preferably, with an academic/professional background in Corporate Law.
- Salary Per Month (Nu.): Basic Pay of Nu. 45,003/-; Fixed Allowance of 45% on the starting Pay Scale of the corresponding grade; House Rent Allowance of 20% on Basic Pay; Fuel Allowance of Nu. 1,000/-; and Communication Allowance of Nu. 1,000/-. The total Gross Salary of Nu. 75,255/-.
- Employment Type: Regular: However, the selected candidates shall be placed on probation for a period of six months. The confirmation of the service shall be based on the required performance rating during the probation period.
Legal Officer
- Category: Deputy Manager
- Slot: 2
- Minimum Qualification & Experience: Minimum Qualification of LLB (with a minimum of 50%) from the University recognized by Bhutan Accreditation Council with Post Graduate Diploma in National Legal Studies (PGDNL) and Bar Council Certificate. Minimum of 50% in Class XII and X.
- Salary Per Month (Nu.): Basic Pay of Nu. 36,558/-; Fixed Allowance of 45% on the starting Pay Scale of the corresponding grade; House Rent Allowance of 20% on Basic Pay; Fuel Allowance of Nu. 1,000/-; and Communication Allowance of Nu. 1,000/-. The total Gross Salary of Nu. 62,321/-.

Selection Process:
- Shortlisting for Personal Interview: Based on academic merit ranking of 50% from Degree Marks, 25% from Class XII Marks, and 25% from Class X Marks. Shortlist announcement on 25th April 2024. Personal interviews on 27th April 2024.
- Final Selection: Based on 70% of the personal interview score and 30% of the total academic score. Appointment date effective from 1st May 2024.
