Chef De Partie:

• Diploma or Cookery course certificate.
• Experience in the relevant field.

• Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
• Experience with cake decoration techniques.
• Certification from a culinary school/institution is a plus.
• Food Handlers (BFDA) Card.

F&BS Supervisor:

• Diploma or F&BS course certificate.
• Experience in the relevant field.
• Computer literacy.
• Food Handlers (BFDA) Card.
• High School + F&BS Training certificate preferred.

F&BS Associate:

• High School + Cookery Training certificate preferred.
• Experience in relevant field preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Food Handlers (BFDA) Card.

Commis Chef:

• High School + Cookery Training certificate preferred.
• Experience in relevant field preferred.
• Food Handlers (BFDA) Card.

Asst. Baker:

• Experience as a Baker preferred.

Bar Tender:

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

Procurement/Accounts:

• 2-3 years accounts payable and/or general accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
• Basic understanding of the need for proper controls.
• Customer service skills.
• Planning and multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high energy level.
• Food Handlers (BFDA) Card.
