Job Description:
As an F&B Staff member, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, providing menus, and taking orders.
- Serving food from the kitchen to guests' tables or to designated self-service areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness by wiping down tables and chairs, removing rubbish, and clearing the restaurant area.
- Taking orders accurately, ensuring clarity by repeating the order back to the guests.
- Delivering orders promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Writing clear and correct dockets to facilitate effective coordination between the cashier and kitchen.
Qualification: Class XII
