Screening/Short-listing and Selection Processes:
- Shortlisting will be conducted based on competencies and skills outlined in the Terms of Reference.
- Academic marks may also be considered for shortlisting, if required.
- Written exams may be administered for shortlisting, as deemed necessary.
- Up to five candidates will be shortlisted for each vacant post and contacted for a final in-person selection interview.
- Only the final shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person selection interview.
