Bhutan Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Vacancy and Career opportunities 2021 (www.molhr.gov.bt Vacancy 2021). Recently the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR ) has published vacancy announcement of the immediate requirement for the various position.
The Ministry of Labour and Human Resources was established on June 13, 2003, vide Cabinet Order no. LZ 02/03/933 upon merging of the erstwhile National Technical Training Authority (NTTA) and the Department of Employment and Labour.The NTTA was established in May 1999 with the mandate to develop a vocational education and training (VET) system in order to produce skilled and productive workforce for the kingdom. To achieve its objectives, the NTTA was required to plan, coordinate, regulate, support, and where needed, implement vocational education and training. Prior to the formation of the NTTA, all TVET related activities were administered by the TVET Section under the then Ministry of Health and Education.

Eligible candidates below 35 years from the Tourism and Hospitality sector may submit your application through email at tzangmo@molhr.gov.bt or rattu@molhr.gov.bt on or before 10th February 2021 (preponed as per the request from Austrian Coordination office, Thimphu).
1. Dully filled Scholarship Application form along with the following documents;
- Copies of academic transcripts and certificates
- Other certificates (vocational training, etc.
- Curriculum vitae or Resume
- Recommendation letter (from your present work)
- Birth certificate
- Copy of your passport
- English Proficiency Certificate.
- Essay 1: Why are you applying for this course?
- Essay 2: Give a short outline of touristic problems of your country or the problems connected to your present responsibilities in the field of tourism or hotel management.
- Essay 3 – Future Plan: Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years? Where would you like to be? Which position do you expect to hold and how do you intend to pull your plan through?
Note: Maximum one page per essay.
2. Dully filled In-service HRD form along with following documents:
- Citizenship ID copy;
- Valid security clearance;
- Appointment letter;
- Financial Clearance from the nominating agency; and
- Pay slip of past one year.
