- Valid online approved Security clearance certificate
- Valid online approved. ed Audit clearance certificate
- Medical fitness certificate (original)
- PE ratings for the last two years (need not submit as HRD will generate from CSIS System)
- Certificates of merits/achievements, if any (copy)
